The Perfect Roof Rack for Any Outdoor Lifestyle
Whether you are overlanding, camping, or tailgating, the Pioneer platform's ample surface space lets you carry a large amount of cargo and gear. This helps free up space inside of your vehicle so you and your passengers can travel comfortably. The integrated channels located in the planks, side rails, and frame let you install channel-mount accessories, like an awning or kayak carrier, similar to a traditional roof rack. But, there are also several accessories that install exclusively to the Pioneer platform, such as the aluminum folding ladder and gas can holders. And because of the platform's design you can utilize many of these accessories at the same time.
Accessory bars (RR43138B - sold separately) can be added to accommodate clamp-mounted accessories that fit in the space between the platform's planks, such as bike carriers and cargo boxes. And because the bars have C-channels, you can use them to mount additional channel-mounted gear in the open space between the planks. By installing the accessory bars in the platform's integrated channels, you gain all the advantages of a traditional crossbar system, while maintaining the generous surface space of the platform.

Custom Fit Installation
This Pioneer platform rack is custom fit for your vehicle and includes all the parts necessary to install it on the factory rain gutters of your vehicle's roof. The platform comes unassembled, so you will have to put it together before proceeding to the installation. After this is complete, clamp the RL legs to your vehicle's factory rain gutters with custom-fit brackets. Then, attach the spacer blocks to establish a level surface for the platform. The bars attached to the bottom of the platform connect to the legs and secure the Pioneer in place.

I will update this accordingly once issues are corrected. Received my Pioneer Platform Rack for my e350 Quigley Van. The box was highly damaged and taped prior to delivery. I unboxed and layed out everything. Missing the entire hardware box- no bolts, nuts, tool, corner pieces, nothing. Contacted E Trailer immediately and was told they would be sending out a complete set of hardware. Shipping on my rack was extremely fast, which is always appreciated. I am hoping that the parts box arrives as quickly so I can get this assembled and update my rating.

Rhino rack pioneer platform JA8200 for Land Cruiser 80 Series. Awesome product, aluminum high build quality, low profile and round edge design that matches well with 80 Series's curvy line. I decided on this rack for #1 functional reason, "fitting into my garage" after my rig's been lift and upsized tires. #2 reason is aesthetics fitting the LC80. ARB was too high on profile, other one piece design was too bulky for shipping. Great product. The only minor issue I had was the 80 Series has a bit curvature (~1/4") on rain gutter, with highest point at the middle area. This requires a bit adjusting/playing with foot positioning and use of shimming. eTrailer customer service was great, with Bryan sent me the missing part once notified. Great place to buy with free shipping.
I called etrailer to verify fitment on my 2013 Ford E-350 XL. Everything arrived sooner than quoted, and instructions were clear. It took me approximately 6 hours to assemble by myself. I had 3 buddies over to put it on the van because it is ~100lbs and 100”x62”. We put towels on top of the van and slowly slid the fully assembled rack on top of the van. It took a while to level everything (30 mins?), but overall went on well and looks great.
The instructions didn’t clarify where the C-channel bars are supposed to be spaced to, but I used basic math skills and spaced each C-channel evenly spaced. It feels very strong. I believe it was 33mm on center for each C-Channel.
